Recently, some of our cool members of Boston Studio Rental had the pleasure of capturing Jamill’s birthday session.
Jamil was hoping for a glamorous birthday photo shoot. She told them her vision and they worked together to bring it to life.
Gold, diamonds, and curls galore. They topped the scene off with balloons, candles, and flowers.
Jasmill told the photographers at BSR, the color scheme and we complemented it with our “Blue Autumn” luxury backdrops. The blue really makes the gold pop.

This portrait session featured a stunning aspiring model. She was looking for photos for her modeling comp card.
She showed me her outfits and I selected the “Emerald Opulence” and “Saharan Leopard” luxury backdrops to perfectly complement her outfits. Here are 2 of my favorite images from the photoshoot.

If you are a model or aspiring model, a comp card (short for “composite card”) is essential to your career. A typical comp card includes 1 large photo and 3-4 smaller photos along with your name, age, measurements, shoe size, dress size, hair color, and eye color.
When selecting the photos to include on your comp card, you want the most powerful photos that show you skill and versatility with varying facial expressions and poses. You would want to show headshot, waist up, and full body shot.
This birthday shoot was a gift from her aunt celebrating her 16th birthday.
