Boston Studio Rental has more exciting news to share! We have introduced a private movie theater to our service offerings.
A little history about how we got here…We started out as a tiny photo studio in a small garage in Dorchester. A few years later, we moved into a larger 2 floor garage in Braintree and started to offer function hall rentals along with our photo and video studio rentals. After a few years in Braintree, we realized that we needed to expand to a larger space. We are now in downtown Stoughton with 3 rooms available to rent! Needless to say, it’s has been a wild ride!
Our love of art does not stop with photography and videography. We love music, podcasts, and all forms of creative expression. We are borderline obsessed with movies, documentaries, and film production. So, it was a natural progression to expand to private movie theater rentals.
We are absolutely thrilled to start offering a fully immersive cinema experience! Going to public movie theaters can be fun...but there is always the risk of running into that 1 unruly person who talks out loud, laughs like a hyena, and/or uses your chair as a footrest.

Our movie theater is a comfortable temperature (no need to bundle up in the middle of the summer). The sound system is loud and crisp. You may pause the movie at any time and may request the volume be raised or lowered to your liking.
A movie party is a wonderful alternative to a traditional kid’s birthday party at a trampoline park, indoor playground, farm, or in your backyard.

Everyone young and old will enjoy a private rental in our cozy La-Z-Boy recliners. Feel free to bring food, snacks, and your own blankets and chairs if you’d like.
